Senior UX Research

We're looking for a talented and passionate UX Research to join Wildlife's Publishing Services UX Design team in São Paulo, Brazil. 

The UX Design Team at Wildlife is a new team built to help the company scale its internal digital products. We believe in the laws of simplicity, the design process, and data-driven decisions. We're looking for talented professionals that see the uniqueness of our opportunity, are excited by the challenges, and are creative in addressing them.

What you'll do

  • Initiate exploratory research to inform long-term product vision and discover new business opportunities;
  • Coordinate and lead generative studies to define user needs and inform product decisions;
  • Operationalize evaluative research programs to ensure our product experiences are effective, user-friendly, and high quality;
  • Clearly and persuasively communicate project findings and the reasoning behind them to internal stakeholders;
  • Proactively share-out actionable insights and learnings across the company to highlight emerging needs and customer behaviors;
  • Create innovative and flexible research techniques that balance proven methods with experimentation.

What you'll need

  • Professional experience in UX research;
  • Have a solid toolkit of qualitative design research methods;
  • Experience creating UX documents such as user archetypes, journey and experience maps, and mental model diagrams;
  • English proficiency;
  • [Nice to have] Varied experience that shows your problem approach, thought process, and insights.
