Creatives are the first point of contact of millions of users with our games. To have an appealing Ad that resonates with the audience is to have an important competitive advantage among literally millions of mobile games worldwide. To do that we developed an unique process that combines creativity and data analysis to produce and learn from the most high-performing creatives of our games' segments. Our role is to make sure that all potential users end up playing our games, efficiently. That means we have to:

  • Impact these users on the most cost-efficient way across all placements available in the world
  • Understand users’ behaviors and predict how valuable they are for our games

About the Role

Wildlife is searching for a person to create and manage a team responsible for optimizing process across and inside our creative production teams to increase production ROI: producing a creative involves a large (50+) multiskilled team distributed across many different managers with distinct challenges;
Your role is to access those teams – similar to an internal consultant and – continuously identify potential bottlenecks or technological improvements in order to boost productivity based on defined KPIs. This role suits those who master the process of transforming good ideas in incredible results and want to directly impact the growth of the business by bringing millions of new users to our games.

What you'll do

  • Be co-responsible for our production team’s productivity. You will increase the team's productivity by identifying opportunities in our workflow and by managing the team of Creative Producers, they are responsible for making most of the process across the area happens.
  • Understand our department process: steps, outcomes, limitations and people and how that ties to performance
  • Communicate with distinct heads of sub-departments
  • Identify root causes bottlenecks in production
  • Create/prioritize initiatives to address the opportunities found, plan implementation, and make sure we are following the plan
  • Promote a data/ performance-driven culture across the area by giving visibility of each team’s right KPI. You may have a small BI team.
  • Search for innovations across the industry

What you'll need

  • + 3 years experience as a strategic consultant or in startup environment piloting a KPI
  • Experience optimizing complex processes and getting incredible results
  • +2 years of experience as a manager
  • Strong problem solving and data-driven skills
  • Great interpersonal relationship and stakeholder management skills – experience with PMO would be nice to have
  • Experience using technology/ innovation to optimize processes
