In this role, you'll be the closest person to one of our most senior executives in the company and have an immerse effect on his daily routine.

In addition, You will take part in handling our day-to-day routine operations; helping things to run smoothly and effectively and have fun while doing it!


  • Manage C-level manager's schedule, travel arrangements, private and business-related issues
  • Be in charge of various office and operations requirements, tasks and activities
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential materials
  • Available to work full days at the office, with an option of flexibility according to business needs
  • Work with a variety of global interfaces and stakeholders


  • 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant\Executive Assistant to CEO or senior managers
  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Additional languages- an advantage
  • Proven ability to be discreet, while understanding the importance of required confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks quickly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, etc.
  • A team player who is service orientated and has an easy going attitude
