About the Programs

At Wildlife Studios, our Internship Programs are designed to develop students that are eager to start their careers in the gaming industry. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and be part of a company that creates games played by millions worldwide. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to technical and soft-skill training, mentorship, and structured development opportunities to prepare you for future career growth.

  • Participate in technical and business cases, problem-solving challenges, and brainstorming sessions with peers and leaders;
  • Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development;
  • Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products.

Where You Can Work

Regular Internship

  • Engineering (Game Tech & Platform Eng): Work on the maintenance of released games, with millions of daily players. Engage in activities required to keep the apps alive as well as implementing new features to enhance player experience. 
  • Product Management: Support product managers to plan and deliver new features, run A/B tests, and analyze data to guide product decisions. Help shape the game vision, align with engineering, art, data, and distribution, and take ownership of your deliveries with real autonomy to impact the player experience.
  • Data Science: Expand game potential by providing non-trivial solutions to business questions, such as how to analyze game performance, engage players, customize content, run successful experiments, and optimize game economy.
  • Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain the scalable data pipelines that process billions of events from our global player base. You'll work with massive datasets, ensuring the reliability and quality of the data infrastructure that empowers data-driven decisions across the company, and collaborating closely with data scientists and analysts.
  • Business & Marketing: Develop business initiatives, analyzing markets, and creating creative strategies to drive the growth of our games. Work on advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, partnerships, and ROI studies, combining creativity, data, and strategic insight to expand the reach and impact of our games.

International Summer Internship

Our International Summer Internship has opportunities in Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Management, Business & Marketing and Engineering.

In this application form you will have the opportunity to apply for Regular Internship or an International Summer Internship depending on your availability. Please see the details of our programs below:

Internship Program (1-2 years of contract, working on-site, hybrid or remote, depending on the area.)

  • Undergraduate students graduating between Dec/2026 and Dec/2027.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Availability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on the team.
  • Availability for 30 hours or internship per week.
  • Genuine interest in games and technology.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
  • Strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership.

Summer Undergrad Program (8 weeks between Jun-Aug, São Paulo)

  • Students enrolled in universities in the US or Europe.
  • Undergraduate students with estimated graduation date on December 2026 or later. 
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Advanced/Fluent Portuguese
  • Availability for 30 hours of internship per week in São Paulo, from Jun-Aug 2026.
  • Active work permit (temporary CLT contract).
  • Genuine interest in games and technology.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
  • Strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership.
