Senior Product Manager

Wildlife Studios is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and lead our Game Management Platform.

As a Product Manager, you will be focused on creating, managing, and ensuring execution of the long-term roadmap of our new Game Management Platform. This would be done by utilizing insights from all company’s departments while working on cutting edge technology, data, and marketing in a fast-paced, high scale environment

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, create and maintain the product roadmap
• Lead the entire product management lifecycle of the Game Platform product domain with full responsibility to its performance and innovations
• Work jointly with the product developers and QA throughout all of the product’s stages, and supervise new product developments, while ensuring they meet the highest standards.
• Perform analysis of business, technical, operational, and market considerations for new product features and own feature prioritization.
• Design excellent engagement tools for the marketing teams, to encourage customer and player loyalty and retention through product solutions.
• Proven ability to communicate and deliver ideas and missions in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with additional product managers and product owners in order to execute the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience, mostly with B2B products.
• Experience collaborating and managing multiple interfaces throughout the company
• Proven ability to work with global teams.
• Experience and great passion to work with Agile development methodology.
• Comfortable working on a highly technical product.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making. 
• Enthusiasm to develop engineered processes and technologies and to apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovation.
