Arthur Lazarte
CEO & Co-Founder
Arthur Lazarte is co-founder and CEO of Wildlife Studios, a role he assumed in 2024. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Sao Paulo (USP) and Ecole Polytechnique, and a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-Supaero in Paris. Before co-founding Wildlife in 2010, Arthur worked as a researcher at McGill University and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Guilherme Major
CFO
Guilherme Major is the Chief Financial Officer at Wildlife Studios and also serves as Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the company’s financial strategy and key operational areas, including Legal, Facilities, People, Brand and Communications. In this role, he focuses on supporting Wildlife’s growth and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Felipe Cavalcanti
CTO
Cava is the Chief Technology Officer at Wildlife Studios. He leads the company’s engineering organization and technology strategy, driving the development of scalable infrastructure and platforms that power Wildlife’s games. Cava joined the company as a software engineering intern and has grown alongside Wildlife, taking on leadership roles across engineering before becoming CTO.
Felipe Mendes
Chief Games Officer
Felipe Mendes is the Chief Games Officer at Wildlife Studios. He leads the company’s games portfolio, focusing on the long-term performance and growth of Wildlife’s titles. Prior to this role, he was the Game Director of Tennis Clash, the world’s largest tennis mobile game.
Matteus Caprecci
CMO
Caprecci is the Chief Marketing Officer at Wildlife Studios. He leads the company’s marketing organization, focusing on growth, performance marketing and the global distribution of Wildlife’s games. Caprecci joined the company as a data science intern and grew alongside the organization through several data and engineering leadership roles before becoming CMO.
Cybelle Fernandes
Global Head of Legal, Privacy and Compliance
Cybelle Fernandes is the Global Head of Legal, Privacy and Compliance at Wildlife Studios. She brings over 18 years of experience advising companies on intellectual property, technology, data protection and digital businesses. At Wildlife, she leads the company’s legal and compliance strategy and sponsors Women++, an internal initiative dedicated to supporting and developing women at the company.
